Socksmith is a leader in the novel design socks sector in the US. We present two new collections each year, spring-summer and autumn-winter, which are added each year to the models we already have in our stock.

This makes us renew our designs by offering a wide range of models, adapting to the needs of our clients and the general public.

Are sock and shoe sizes the same?

Yes, that's why Socksmith makes things easier for you by creating a single size in the different models for men and women. Here we explain the equivalences!

Where are your socks made?

Our socks are designed in Santa Cruz California, and are made with cutting-edge technology in factories in South Korea.

What care do I have to take with my socks?

To properly care for our socks, you should wash them in cold water, without bleach, and tumble dry on low heat.

Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been shipped. However, if you wish to cancel an order, please use the contact form to inform us, before 12 pm the day after you place your order. You will find it at the bottom of our website, in the contact us section

What should I do if I do not receive my order or shipping confirmation?

The first thing you should do is check your email spam folder. If you have not yet found your order confirmation, you must contact us through the contact form to inform us, you will find it at the bottom of our website, in the contact us section.

I received my order and it is not correct! What should I do?

We'll be very sorry to hear that! If a shipping error occurs, please contact us via the contact form within 10 days of receiving your order. Socksmith will cover all additional shipping costs. Once we receive the incorrect product, we will send you the correct merchandise or refund the cost of the order, depending on your preference.

For orders over €40, shipping is free

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, all orders will be prepared within 24 hours, with delivery time being 3 to 4 business days.
November and December are our busiest months, due to the holiday season, this is also the busiest time for shipping services.

It may be the case that during these months there may be some delay in receiving the order, so we will appreciate it if during these months you give us more time to manage your order. Thank you!
