Shipment information

OVERVIEW
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via Post or Courier Service of the customer's choice except holidays and all major holidays.

Be sure to include any apartment, building or suite numbers with your address, if applicable. Any missing information on your address will affect delivery times and in some cases may result in your package being returned to our office. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you to obtain the correct address and additional shipping payment. If there is no response after 72 hours, your order will be refunded, less your original shipping charge.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
1. Most orders will be shipped within two business days. If your order is placed after 2 pm Spanish Standard Time on Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday. However, please allow up to 48 hours for order processing during the holiday season.

2. Delivery time is guaranteed from the time of the first scan by the carrier, not the time of order placement.

3. It is important that you include your email address during the checkout process if you would like to receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package while it is en route.

4. Orders can be tracked on the corresponding page of the selected carrier with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING SELECTIONS
Free shipping on orders over $40 (this qualifies you for first class mail - mainland only)

If you want to upgrade to Priority or FedEx, you can upgrade at full cost.

First class mail = 3-5 business days

Express Mail = 2-3 business days

The business days listed are only an estimate and may be affected by anything, including bad weather and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1. Please be sure to include the state/province in addition to the city on your address form, even if it is not necessary for delivery to the country the socks are being delivered to; It will help exponentially with turnaround time and accuracy.

2. International orders take between 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on any number of variables, including customs procedures or delayed flights when heading abroad. Delivery time will vary!

3. Any international order shipped to a PO Box must include a phone number.

4. It is important that you include your email address during the checkout process if you would like to receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package while it is en route.

Shipping options

International shipping is determined by the weight of your order.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

All countries are different with customs and VAT, which is how their government taxes goods purchased internationally. We recommend that you check with your local post office for details on fees and additional time your package may take. All customs fees and VAT are the customer's responsibility.


ORDER AND SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
Order confirmation emails are sent shortly after the order is placed. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent once a tracking number is available. These have been known to slip into the spam folder of email inboxes in the past.
